Vendors Deemed the Best by the Readers
of Consumer Goods Technology
WALTHAM, Mass. - February 10, 2006 - OATSystems®,
Inc., the recognized RFID framework
leader, today announced that readers
of Consumer Goods Technology Magazine
voted the company at the top of the
list for RFID software and customer
experience.
According to the publication, over 150
consumer goods executives were asked
to identify and rank the technology vendors
they currently use, and rank their customer
experience using each. Top 10 and top
five lists were determined by a combined
score of sheer number of votes weighed
against customer experience ratings.
Within the Supply Chain Execution section,
OAT ranked second for RFID Software Vendors.
ABI analyst Erik Michielsen noted OAT's
partnership with IBM as a way to address
large-scale implementations now that
consumer goods companies are expanding
their RFID implementations, managing
multiple sites and multiple geographic
locations.
